How We Are Keeping Everyone Safe During The COVID-19 Pandemic
With COVID-19 still running rampant throughout our communities and the world, we’ve all had to change the way we go about certain aspects of our lives. At Honda of Indian Trail, we want to continue giving you a safe environment to shop in, so we’ve taken several steps to ensure everyone from you to our staff remains as safe as possible and keeps the spread of COVID-19 low.
These steps are for the benefit of everyone and we hope you follow these guidelines to the best of your ability.

Effective immediately, our dealership has implemented the following steps to ensure a healthy environment for all guests:

COVID-19 likes to hangout on surfaces for a while. So to ensure you don’t pick something up while you’re shopping with us, we’ve instructed our cleaning staff to continuously clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces throughout the dealership including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more.

We can only do so much on our end, but it’s impossible to keep everything 100% clean and disinfected. So we’ve also placed hand sanitizing stations throughout our showroom floor and office areas and recommend you find them after handling items like keys, pens, clipboards, car handles, etc.

Spreading COVID-19 is extremely easy, especially when you are showing symptoms. We’ve mandated our staff to remain at home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms and ask you as well to stay home if you are feeling ill.
The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
The safety of our community and staff are our top priority at Pinnacle Ford. So these measures will remain in place until further notice. We thank you for your continued support.
Making At-Home Buying Better For Everyone
Complimentary Pickup and Delivery Options*
Even though we’ve done all possible to keep in-person shopping as safe as possible, we understand that some of you may not be comfortable coming into the dealership. And that’s 100% alright! But we know that shopping online doesn’t have the same flair as it does in-person, so we’ve made it a bit better!
The first thing we added was the ability to remain at home throughout the entire buying process, thanks to your new car delivery system. With this system, you can enjoy the full experience of shopping from home without having to come into the dealership to pick up your new Honda or used car. Scroll through our available inventory, and when you find a car you like, you can go through the buying process and even test it out at home, if you like. When all is said and done, one of our team members will deliver your brand new Honda right to your door!
Another brand new program helps those who need to get some Honda service done, but don’t want to expose themselves by coming into our service center. Instead, once you’ve scheduled a service visit for whatever you need done, you can opt to have one of our team members come by and pick up your car for you. We’ll even leave you with a loaner if you need one to get around during the day. Once we’re all done with your Honda, we’ll drop off your car with you again, all cleaned and disinfected. Easy as that!
At Home Test Drive*
We mentioned that you could enjoy the entire car buying experience right at home, from finding a car, test driving it, to getting it delivered right to you. Our at-home test drive program brings probably the best part of buying a new car right to your door.
With the at-home test drive, you can set up a test drive and enjoy the freedom of being able to drive the car of your choice wherever you want! Just let us know which car you want, and where and when you want to do the test drive, and one of our team members will drop the car off with you.

When you’re all finished with the initial test drive, you’ve got some choices to make! If you liked the car, we’ll let you hold onto it while we work quickly to finish up the buying process. But if you didn’t like it, we’ll take it back. There’s no obligation when scheduling an at-home test drive and no limit to how many you can do, so go crazy
